C. To shorten the complaint period, include the following data in your message;
- Full name
- Order No.
- The date of entering into the agreement constituting the basis for the complaint
- Subject of the complaint
- Photo or video of the damage/defect
- Expectations towards the complaint (replacement/refund/rebate)
D. Complaints shall be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Response related to the complaint decision shall be sent at the email address provided while ordering Goods.
A. The right to withdraw from the agreement is valid for the period of 30 days from the date of receiving the package. During this period, the Customer can cancel the purchase without a reason.
B. In order to exercise the right to return, send an email with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this agreement at the address firstname.lastname@example.org. You can do this by using the attached withdrawal template, but it is not mandatory.
