A. We make every effort to ensure that our offer consists of top-tier quality products, void of any defects. We are responsible for any defects pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Code (in particular Art. 556 and Art. 556 (1) -556 (3)).

C. To shorten the complaint period, include the following data in your message;
- Full name
- Order No.
- The date of entering into the agreement constituting the basis for the complaint
- Subject of the complaint
- Photo or video of the damage/defect
- Expectations towards the complaint (replacement/refund/rebate)
D. Complaints shall be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Response related to the complaint decision shall be sent at the email address provided while ordering Goods.
A. The right to withdraw from the agreement is valid for the period of 30 days from the date of receiving the package. During this period, the Customer can cancel the purchase without a reason.
B. In order to exercise the right to return, send an email with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this agreement at the address email@example.com. You can do this by using the attached withdrawal template, but it is not mandatory.
C. Effects of the withdrawal
In case of withdrawing from an agreement, all costs incurred for the purchase of the product, including transportation costs, will be taken into account. The money will be returned not later than within fourteen working days from the day on which the notice was forwarded to the customer service department. The same method that was used in the original transaction will be used for the reimbursement of payments, unless otherwise agreed. We have the right to refuse to complete the refund until we receive the goods back or until it is shown that the item was not returned.
